We currently ship orders across India. We are continuously working to expand our reach. During checkout, you can enter your address to confirm if we deliver to your location.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after [e.g., 12:00 PM IST] on a business day, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed and handed over to our shipping partners, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Free Standard Shipping: We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹1000.
5. How We Ship
To ensure the integrity of our natural products:
Packaging: We pack all items securely in eco-friendly, sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transit. Products like honey are specially secured to avoid leakage.
Perishable Items: We take extra care with perishable goods, but we recommend being available to receive the package to avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
7. Important Shipping Scenarios
Undeliverable Packages: If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, recipient not available, or failure to pay customs duties), we will contact
you to arrange a re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer. If the package is lost, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
