We take immense pride in the quality and purity of our products like Foxnuts, Honey, Aloe Vera Gel, etc. However, we understand that sometimes an order may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

 

1. Interpretation & Definitions

   "Products" refer to the goods available for purchase on the Total Organic website (e.g., Foxnuts, Honey, Aloe Vera Gel, etc).

   "You" refers to the customer using the website.

   "We/Us/Our" refers to Total Organic.

 

2. General Policy (Important - Due to Product Nature)

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food and wellness products, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for orders based on a simple change of mind or if you simply did not like the product.

 

We stand behind the quality of our goods. Therefore, we will gladly accept returns and offer a full refund or replacement only under the following specific circumstances:

 

3. Conditions for Eligibility for Return/Refund

A return or refund request will be considered only if:

   The product received is damaged, defective, or spoiled.

   You receive an incorrect product (different from what you ordered).

   The product packaging is tampered with or unsealed upon delivery.

   The product has expired or is close to its expiration date (as per the batch details on the package).

 

4. How to Initiate a Return Request

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24 hours (1 days) of receiving your order.

 

1.  Contact Us: Immediately send an email to contact@totalorganic.store with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".

2.  Provide Details: In the email, please include:

       Your order number.

       The product name and the reason for the return.

       Clear photographs or a short video of the damaged/defective/incorrect product and its packaging. This is essential for us to process your request.

 

5. The Return Process

Once we receive your request and supporting evidence, our customer service team will review it and contact you within 2-3 business days.

Approval: If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. In most cases, we may only require photographic evidence and may not ask for the physical product to be shipped back for hygiene reasons.

   Return Shipping: If a physical return is necessary, we will arrange for a pickup at our cost or provide a shipping label.

 

6. Refund and Replacement Options

Upon approval of your return:

   Refund: We will process a refund to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

   Replacement: If you prefer, we can ship a replacement of the correct product at no additional cost, subject to availability.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

   Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

   Products that have been stored improperly after delivery (e.g., not stored in a cool, dry place as instructed).

   Any product that does not fall under the eligibility conditions listed in Section 3.

 

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. If the order has already been processed for shipping, the cancellation cannot be accepted, and our standard return policy will apply.
